Throughout my life, helping others has been an integral part of who I am. I choose a career in financial services because I believe I can make a difference in the lives of families in my community.
At Edward Jones, we offer investments, services and tools our clients need to work toward their financial future. In addition, the firm has thousands of professionals and advanced technology supporting our branch offices to help clients reach their long-term financial goals.
Prior to joining Edward Jones, I worked in the financial services industry for four years and held different roles in banking and investment. Additionally, I have three years of experience as a small business owner in the retail and restaurant industries. These experiences combined have given me an opportunity to learn something new every day and grow personally and professionally. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in business management, and then I graduated from Roosevelt University in 2015 with a master's degree in business management. Furthermore, I am proud to have served in the United States Army in active duty for three years. The experiences, discipline and education I was able to get while serving my country are extremely valuable and helped with my growth and professional development.
On a personal side, I love spending time off with my family and going to local events in our community. We love visiting downtown Chicago; this is one of our places we visit frequently during the summer when there are many music festivals and cultural events. I also enjoy running, especially outdoors since it helps me keep my body and mind healthy. Another activity I enjoy doing is cooking and exploring new culinary ideas. And, when it comes to giving back to my community, I love participating and volunteering at my daughter's school social events or fundraiser events in the area.
