The Cary Ale House & Brewing Company keeps in the tradition of the Cary Pub, which dates all the way back to the 1890’s – at that time called the Wascher Tavern (Cary’s first licensed saloon). It will remain very much a neighborhood pub (restaurant / bar) with a friendly, laid back, community-focused atmosphere. Our mission is to hand craft world-class beer of the highest quality – pushing the limits of taste and fully expressing what beer is, what beer means, and how it is experienced in a brewpub. Our establishment provides a wonderful atmosphere of craft beer culture, locally sourced gastro-pub food, games and entertainment for our guests who will be treated to exceptional service. Our dream is to enhance the bar experience within a brewpub by building a culture that embraces the history of beer and its relationship to food, liquor, games and entertainment!
