The COVID-19 pandemic expo- nentially intensifies these benefits, provided that you have the proper air filtration products in place. In normal times the main benefit of continuous fan operation is to balance out more even temperatures throughout the house. In the summer months, two story homes are notorious for stratification. As you walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor you notice it getting warmer. Some homes have a 6-10 degree variance between the 1st and 2nd floors. A constant fan operation significantly reduces this variance. From a health standpoint, continuous fan operation has even more significant benefits.
