There are many reasons for closing: Lack of reliable people resources Rising price of oil products with no end in sight. Rising prices occur with no advance knowledge and cause customer complaints. More oil price increases in the last 2 years than in the last 36. Oil and filter deliveries can be 2-4 days late and not be a full delivery, which causes oil shortages for the customer. All of the above reasons have made taking care of customers difficult and this is not the way I am used to doing business.
